Wealthsimple has posted two updates to its brokerage promotions in early August 2026. The changes appear on the firm's dedicated promotion pages and affect only select existing clients.
The Monthly Millionaire Bonus Offer runs from August 6 to September 1. It is available by invitation to existing chequing clients who open a new Trade, Managed or Crypto account. Qualifying participants receive between 10 and 50 Canadian dollars.
Wealthsimple also revised its Active Trader Match on August 5. The match rate increased to 3 percent on qualifying transfers up to 2 million dollars for clients who complete at least 50 manual trades per month. Payments occur over 24 months with a 60,000-dollar cap.
